Chia Seeds


Chia Seeds are rich in antioxidants and full of fiber, calcium, magnesium, zinc and iron.  It is also an excellent source of omega 3 fatty acids that helps raise the HDL which is the good cholesterol, the kind we all need more of!

Chia seeds can be used in puddings and also as an egg substitute for some recipes.  They are also gluten free and grain free so it is fantastic for people with intolerances.

I love making chia pudding or adding it in my breakfasts such as in my overnight oats, or the non dairy parfaits. It will definitely keep you more focused and fuller for longer :)
