Quinoa Veggies


Quinoa is considered a super food for all its amazing benefits. It’s one of the few plant foods that contain all nine amino acids. It’s also high in many nutrients and vitamins that are important to the human body. It is gluten free which makes it perfect for people with intolerances.

For my nutritious lunch I cooked the quinoa like rice. I added some cooked vegetables (marinate your vegetables to your taste) and it is done! I like to top it off with avocado just because I am an avocado addict :D
